The “ryab” is nothing fancy – just a play on of my last name. My food creations, however, are made to make you feel like a million bucks. I like to make food that inspires creativity, excites the senses, and brings people together. If you’re looking to take your cooking to the next level, you’re in the right place.

Faith, Family, and Food…
…are my bread and butter. I graduated culinary school in 2016 and completed my internship at an upscale Italian restaurant. I have been cooking in restaurants, for my family, or in the homes of others ever since.
My parents came to the United States as refugees from Eastern Europe. I am a first generation U.S. Citizen and much of my cooking is influenced by my Slavic heritage, my training in Italian cuisine, and my love of America.
I live in Chattanooga, TN with my wife Bailey and our two toddlers. You might find me out and about spending time with family, volunteering at my church, going on a run, or driving by farms daydreaming of my family’s future homestead.
